3 MW HPC subsea data center in Port of Esbjerg

image.png

The Port of Esbjerg is strategically located in the North East of Jutland, directly facing the North Sea.

Subsea Cloud Partners will deploy two immersive cooled pods into the harbor basin, with option to expand up to 37.5 MW. The data center will be powered by nearby offshore wind and solar panels on the harbor.

Data center is expected to reach a Net PUE of 0.88, due to its ability to recycle heat back into power.

Esbjerg is a hub for the North Sea offshore wind build-out and host a large expertise for offshore and subsea technologies. Esbjerg is also a hub for some of the global subsea fiber connections.
